Menu and Wines

Welcome Cocktail/Amuse Bouche– Seared sea scallop over lobster cream with chives in pastry tart (Wine Pairing-Vermouth Rojo Cocktail)

Salad– Arugula topped with BBQ chicken, roasted corn, caramelized onions with cheddar, laced with a southwest French dressing (Wine Pairing- Areyna Malbec)

Entree– Lamb “lollipops” over Cajun hash potatoes tossed with ham, mushrooms and scallions with bearnaise (Wine Pairing- Mendel Malbec)

Dessert– Brie and berries “en croute” with creme anglaise and bittersweet chocolate drip (Wine Pairing- La Posta Bonarda)
